All delivery times stated on our website are applicable when the product is in stock. If your order is urgent it is always advisable you call us during office hours to confirm availability and immediate despatch as well as delivery options.
Price for delivery (where applicable) will be shown at point of "adding to basket" via the online shop or explained to you by the sales specialists at Extera.
Definition/target - Normally delivered next working day before 6pm, UK mainland only
Products available for next day delivery should be ordered before 4:00pm; after this time please call or contact us to ensure we are able to fulfil next day delivery; we can take orders up to 5:30pm in many cases for next-day delivery.
Next day refers to next working day and delivery can take place between 8am and 6pm during that day

Up to 10 days
Definition/target - Normally delivered after 2 working days but allow up to 10 working days
Products stating delivered within 10 days (2 weeks) are usually much faster and can in some circumstances be next day delivery - we allow up to 10 days as in some cases stock has to be shipped directly from the manufacturer, or where the particular product is in high demand and stocks extinguish too fast (a continual re-stocking).
Up to 20 days
Definition/target - Normally delivered after 5 working days but allow up to 20 working days
Products stating delivered within 20 days (up to 4 weeks) are usually shipped between 5 and 20 days and supplied direct from the manufacturer based on low demand or more specialist products (back-to-back orders).
We will always notify customers of longer delivery times at point of order, and where possible offer alternative options or a full refund if the delivery times are totally unsatisfactory and outside the original guidelines on this web site/shop.
WORKING DAYS are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays, weekends, Good Friday, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.)
Where delivery fails due to the carrier or Extera then delivery payment refunds are only made at Extera’s discretion and assessed based on the circumstances of each incident (only where delivery was charged).
