The PT 501 is an additional cordless handset and charger that can be added to an existing Powertel DECT Base Station. Adding additional handsets to the Amplicom Powertel phone is a simple way of creating a small one line telephone system. Each Amplicom PT 501 handsets will be able to answer incoming calls, ring internally, and transfer calls to other phones.
Just like the other Amplification features on the whole of the range, the sound can be increased up to 35dB and the ringer to 90dB
